Hey everyone,

We hope you’ve been well. As promised, we have been working hard through this holiday season to get The Freedom Packs to you as soon as we can. And we have good news.

We have resolved the packaging issue and as we type this, the remaining backpacks are being securely packed. We expect that to be complete in the next couple of days, after which they will be sent to our distribution warehouse where the shipping process will begin.

We will update everyone once again when we are about to start shipping so you can be prepared for the shipments and tracking, etc.

Production & Shipping Updates

Dear Backers, 

We apologize for the delay in updates. We have been doing everything we can to smoothen the production process, but we were stumped on the last portion related to packaging issues. We have been working round the clock to try to resolve this issue, but unfortunately we will not be able to fulfill The Freedom Pack before the holiday season. 

We are truly sorry and also bummed out ourselves, as we felt we had done everything we could to ensure that fulfillment would happen on time. We will be working throughout the holiday season to ensure that we get The Freedom Packs to you as soon as possible.

Here is some good news in light of the delay:

1. As of the moment, all the bags have been manufactured.

2. All we are waiting on is for the packaging to be complete. The hiccup that occurred was that our original adhesive for the packaging would not hold to standards. That is, if we had shipped out the products, there would be a very large chance that the bags could have fallen out of the packaging during the shipping process. We could not allow this to happen, and therefore have ordered new adhesives and are currently waiting for it to arrive at our factory. It was frustrating for us having thought that we had set all the pieces in place, only to be stumped by this last adhesive.

3. Once we receive the adhesives, the factory will complete application onto the packaging and will be packing each individual Freedom Pack. The adhesive is currently expected to arrive on the 20th, and the packing will take another 3-4 working days. Once that's done, we will be shipping our products to our fulfilment warehouse where it will then be shipped out to you.

We look forward to making further progress in production and getting each Freedom Pack to you soon. Once again we truly apologize for the delay and will be working throughout the holiday season to ensure that we get The Freedom Packs to you as soon as possible. Have a wonderful and happy holidays!

Surveys Locked, Shipping Updates!

Hi folks!

We're excited to share some good progress with everyone. We have locked our Backerkit surveys, and are now in the final days of production with the factory ramping up at full production capacity. Over 1000 bags have already been produced, and they are now being nicely packed while the remaining bags are being produced.

We are told that we should expect production to complete around the 10-12th of December, after which we will be transporting it to our dispatch center in Hong Kong where it will be dispatched to all of you awesome backers.

That also means you have up to the 9th to update your addresses in Backerkit, after which we will lock the addresses as we prepare to ship.

We'll continue to provide updates as we always have. Thanks for being so awesome and we can't wait to get the Freedom Pack for you to enjoy!

Factories In Full Flight

Hey folks! We're almost there - our factories are working on full tilt and here are some photos to show for it. We're now sorting out some final details with our packaging, and also finalising the fulfilment end of things. As the project nears fulfilment, there are multiple parties we need to coordinate for and while it's a lot of work, we're energised because we can't wait to get the freedom packs into your hands.

Surveys Sent, Size Updates!

Hey folks! So many of you have been asking about the size of our compression packing cubes, so here goes:

Small: 18x24cm (7.09x9.45in)

Large: 24x36cm (9.45x14.17in)

As you'll notice, the small is exactly half the size of the large and is perfect for undergarments, swimwear, etc. while the large is perfect for your regular clothing. And they fit perfectly into The Freedom Pack.

If you've still not filled up your surveys, please do so as we start to finalize production and make preparations for fulfillment.

At present, our factory is working as hard as they can to complete the bags on time. They have given us a slight heads up that they may have a slight delay in completion, but we're working things out with them and are still expecting shipment to be dispatched in early dec. In the meantime we're also finalizing our packaging design and we're very happy with the direction we are taking for that.

As promised, we will keep communication clear and continue to keep you guys in the loop. Remember to fill in those surveys!
