We did it! 

As of Friday this week, we have officially shipped out every single Freedom Pack! If you have not received yours yet, please do not worry. Please give it until next week or mid-feb as some of the international packages may take longer to arrive. If you did not get a tracking number, please do not worry as well. We have all the numbers on file and if by mid-feb you still have not received your package, let us know and we will look into it for you.

In the meantime, we are happy to receive so many awesome reviews and feedback from our customers all around the world. It is truly humbling to think that our little idea has spread so far and wide, and we were even featured by Buzzfeed recently! We can't thank you enough.

We will be looking forward to our next steps as a brand. Next week, we intend to setup a special facebook group for you backers only. It will be a by invitation, and you are not obliged to join, but if you do, we hope to plan our next product and share our plans with the very special group of you.

In the meantime, we'd really appreciate it if you could take two minutes to write us a short review of our product here. Your feedback means so much to us and takes us a long way. We can't wait to work on our next project with you.

Shipping Updates!

Hey folks!

We're glad that shipping is underway and progressing rather smoothly. Majority of our International backers have received their tracking numbers, with packages on their way slated to arrive in the coming weeks.

A minority of International backers will have their Freedom Packs dispatched from Singapore, so if you've not received your tracking number yet, don't worry - we're still sorting it out.

As for our backers from Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei, your packages will be dispatched from Singapore. The latest update we have is that we are to expect the delivery early next week. Due to a number of requests, we are currently organising and targeting for Singaporean backers who need their packs urgently to have the option of collecting their Freedom Packs towards the end of next week, after which all the packs will be dispatched. If you're based in Singapore you should be receiving them 2-4 days from that date. Either way, once the products arrive, we'll send out another update with the necessary details, so keep a lookout for that update next week.

In the meantime, here are some pictures our factory sent us when they were loading the Freedom Packs to ship. We thought they were awesome so we wanted to share them with you. Enjoy!

Packaging Complete, Shipment Part 1

Hi Everyone!

We know that many of you have been eagerly waiting for this update. We've been working hard to make this happen and are happy to announce that we've now completed the packaging process and are ready to begin shipping!

We apologize that it took awhile for us to post this update, but we wanted to have some real dates that we could share with you before posting. So here is what will happen next:

1. Today, as we are writing this, our factory will be shipping the completed and packed products to our warehouses in Hong Kong and Singapore.

2a. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We expect our package to arrive in Hong Kong and get sorted by the end of the week. We will be dispatching international orders from here, and we hope that you will receive tracking numbers by end of the week. 

2b. SINGAPORE ORDERS: As we have a large number of backers in Singapore, we will be shipping the products in bulk to Singapore, which is expected to arrive in around 2+ weeks. Once the products arrive we will be mailing them out through local registered delivery.

3. In both cases, we expect the products to be fulfilled by the end of the month. Everyone should be receiving their orders at roughly the same time.
